Executive Coaching

 

Regularly scheduled calls and video coaching sessions aimed at maximizing organizational impact and driving an aligned, goals- or OKR-driven approach to an organization’s key initiatives.

“Set The Boat” Engagement

 

A 9- to 12-month assessment and implementation of an OKRs or goal-focused program. Starts with Mission-Vision-Values and alignment of an executive team behind clear Strategic Objectives; transitions into two quarters of goal setting and execution, with on-the-fly adjustments as needed; the final quarter is spent transitioning ownership of the program to your own internal “coxswain” (or Goals Champion).
